I actually like some of their gear, which is why this was so annoying. I had an issue with my order and emailed support, then basically sat around waiting for days before anyone got back to me. And when they finally did reply, it was super brief and didn’t really fix anything, so of course I had to send another follow-up. Like, I get that companies get busy, but come on, if someone has an order problem, don’t make them chase you for basic help. The whole thing turned into way more of a hassle than it needed to be.

I do like some of the stuff from Seek Outside, the gear seems solid and well thought out. But the prices feel high for what you’re getting, and once shipping and little extras get added on it climbs fast. I’d probably only buy again if I really needed that exact piece of gear.

I picked up my Seek Outside gear a few weeks ago, getting it set up was a lot easier than I had built it up to be in my head. The instructions made sense, but I’ll admit I’m the kind of person who second-guesses everything, so I still ended up watching a video just to make sure I wasn’t messing it up.

After that first attempt, it went much faster, and using it at camp felt straightforward. I’m giving it 4 stars only because I wish a couple of the small parts were labeled a little better, though part of that is probably on me for overthinking it. Overall, I’m happy with it and would buy it again

This gear has been solid for years now. Every time I use it, I’m still kind of impressed and relieved it hasn’t let me down. Tough, reliable, and one of those purchases that just puts me in a good mood.

I really wanted this to be a space-saver, but something feels off with the size and weight. It ended up feeling bulky in my pack and kind of awkward to fit around my other gear. It took up more room than I expected, and on longer hikes where every ounce counts, I don’t think I’d want to bring it along.

The return part was easy, and the staff helped me out without making it a hassle. The warranty side just took a couple extra days longer than I expected. Weirdly, I remember the box had this bright orange sticker on it that said “priority” even though it still took a bit. Overall, not bad, just needed a little patience.

I was on the Seek Outside site just trying to find what I needed, and it was super easy to use. I was on my phone, which can sometimes be annoying with product pages, but everything loaded fine and I could browse around without getting frustrated. No random pop-ups or weird distractions either, which I really appreciated. I found what I was looking for quickly and just kept thinking, okay, this is how a site should work.

The item arrived in good condition, so no issues there. It just showed up later than the delivery date I was given. Not sure how to explain it, but I was kind of expecting it sooner based on the estimate.

I was disappointed with this. The rain started getting through way faster than I thought it would, and it just didn’t feel very protective once the weather got rough. What made it more confusing was that the email made it sound like it would hold up better, but my experience was totally different.
